Nestor K. Ovalle is founder and CEO of a leadership consulting organization. He taught and practiced servant leadership prior to becoming an executive leadership consultant. He has earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree (DBA) from Indiana University, majoring in organizational behavior and management. He also has earned an MBA, an MS, and a BS degree. He has received over a dozen leadership performance and teaching awards, has published over a dozen research articles in refereed journals, and made numerous professional conference presentations.
